Billow Farm is regularly visited by local schools in order to show children life on a modern diversified farm. The visit includes a tractor ride around the farm and a nature trail with various activities. Expert commentary by Simon or Hazel Pain of Billow Farm explains how each field is being used.
- crops – organic wheat, beans, hay, straw etc
- horses – Billow Farm Livery is a well equipped livery yard
- natural growth – areas (typically field margins) being left to grow naturally to allow wildlife to live in a natural environment and feed all year round
